1.7 EXTENSION

Extension education, which is an integral programme of the University, is organised and conducted by the Director of Extension. The Extension Advisory Committee helps in formulating extension education policies and programmes of the University. The extension activities are implemented through Communication Centre, Farm Advisory Service, five KVKs, Central Training Institute and Village Adoption Programmes. The extension activities undertaken by the University are shown in the table 9.
