ORDER
In the G.O read above, it was ordered that the campaign to strengthen and institutionalise decentralisation would be launched from 1st November, 2002.
Government are now pleased to revise the date and now the campaign would be from 10th December 2002 to 9th January 2003.
The G.O read above stands modified to the above extent.
