ORDER

      As per the Government Order read first above the guidelines have been issued for the preparation of the Tenth Five Year Plan by Local Governments
  1. Sanction was accorded vide Government Order read second above to meet the expenditure on plan formulation of Local Governments from the plan grant up to one percent subject to certain ceilings.


  2. The State Level Coordination Committee for Decentaralised Planning has proposed that the monetary ceiling fixed for Corporations and Block Panchayats may be enhanced to Rs.1.25 lakh and Rs.75,000 respectively.


  3. Government have examined the proposal in detail and are pleased to approve that the maximum amount that could be spent by Corporations and Block Panchayats on plan formulation would be Rs.1.25 lakh and Rs.75,000 respectively.


  4. Government Order read second above stands modified to this effect.
